Challenge

The problem to solve

Multi-booth retail needs reliable control over sales, attendance, stock movements, and cash reconciliation without slowing teams that use different devices and uneven connectivity.

02

Approach

From process to system

I mapped the flow from Area Manager to booth staff, then brought POS, attendance, inbound stock, transfers, inventory, day close, and reports into one PWA with hierarchical access and offline queues.

03

Outcome

What changed

Kayou now has one operational source of truth for six role groups, with more consistent transaction and stock records from area level to each booth.

Solution scope

What I built

Responsive POS with offline queues and receipt printing
Location and photo-based attendance
Tiered stock transfers from area to booth
